Pair of vintage 'Candlestick’ chairs after Ercol's Model 376
A beautifully designed and crafted pair in the style of the rare Model 376 candlestick chairs designed by Lucian Ercolani for Ercol in the 1950s.
They showcase a simple Shaker-style design with an inspired lattice-style backrest and leg cross brace. These chairs make an elegant statement from any angle and will perfectly suit any space. The criss-cross chair supports and simplistic curved aesthetic are complemented by clean lines.
These are extremely elegant Dining Chairs with widely spread legs and underframe close to the oyster-shaped seat.
A very desirable pair that would make a great addition to any vintage/mid-century-inspired interior.
Professionally restored, very good vintage condition. Joints are sturdy and solid. All checked and ready to go.
Dimensions:
Width of back: 45cm
Width of Seat: 41cm

To be safe, we cannot definitively attribute these chairs to Ercol, as there are no discernible maker's marks. Additionally, the seats are crafted from a darker wood, distinct from Elm. However, it's worth noting that the quality of workmanship remains exceptional.
