Pair of Minimalist Mid-Century lounge chairs. Beautiful elegant design and workmanship, exuding the essence of Danish modernist design with a solid elegant sculptural wooden frame. Dating back to circa 1960’s. A real statement set, embodying both beauty and functionality.
Dimensions: 63 x 70 x 84 cm (h) 39 cm seat height
Condition: They are in very good vintage condition, the frames have been meticulously cleaned, gently refurbished and refinished.
They have been re-upholstered with new high-density foam and high-quality textured 'faded olive' stain-resistant FibreGuard fabric from Home Fabrics, which has Stain Free Technology, assuring it will be able to stand up to everyday stains.
(There is a slight hue variation on the wooden frame due to the natural color and grain of the wood. Our approach is to embrace the unique characteristics of the wood by not staining it, which allows the natural hue and grain to be prominently displayed. This method ensures each piece retains its own distinct beauty and history.)
We try to capture the condition of our items in our photographs as best as possible. Prior to dispatch all items are carefully cleaned and re-coated with danish oil to ensure your item is looking its best when delivered.
Restoration Process:
In our studio workshop, every item undergoes inspection and careful restoration process. We prioritize maintaining the original charm and patina of the piece, while also making it a beautiful addition to modern interiors.
